Terms & Conditions

  • Payments (Time Frame): all payments must be made on either a five (5) week basis or ten (10) week basis.
  • Payments (Payment Plans): payments can be made either by lump sums over the school term, semester or by an annual payment.
  • Payments (Methods): payments to Lillian's Piano Studio's can be made by the following methods listed below as well as terms of use for said methods.
    1) Cash - Lillian's Piano Studio will accept cash payments for the use of our service, this method must be in Australian legal tender only.
    2) Bank Deposits - Lillian's Piano Studio will accept bank deposits placed into our bank account, banking details will be released upon request.
    3) Internet Transfer - Lillian's Piano Studio will accept internet bank transfers into our bank account, please allow 2-4 working days for payments to be sent.
    4) Money Order - Lillian's Piano Studio will accept Australian Post money orders, this method will incur a small fee of $5.95, this fee at no time will be covered by Lillian's Piano Studio and must be covered by you the customer.
    5) Cheque - Lillian's Piano Studio will accept cheque payments made out to us, details will be released upon request.
    6) PayPal - Lillian's Piano Studio will accept PayPal payments made to us, please allow 2-4 working days for payment to be made, details will be released upon request.
  • Payments (Overdue): it is the students responsibility to ensure all payments are finalised and up to date, either in advance or weekly payments. If at any time payments are not up to date, Lillian's Piano Studio has the right to cancel said students lesson/tutor until payments are made or arrangements are made by management and student to finalise payments.
  • Payments (Frequently Overdue): if a students payments are frequently overdue, Lillian's Piano Studio holds the right to remove said student from the lesson roster until payments are made and up to date.
  • Lesson Missed (Student): it is the students responsibility to notify Lillian's Piano Studio at least one day (24 hours) prior to the commencement of said lesson, this missed lesson will still be charged to the customer/student due to the time table reservation, this payment must be made even if the student does not attend rostered lesson.
  • Lesson Missed / Unforseen Circumstances (Student): if at anytime during the use of our service a student misses a lesson due to unforseen circumstances, a suitable replacement time can be arranged to cover the missed lesson, this suitable time must be arranged by said student, Lillian's Piano will not refund payment if said missed lesson is paid in advance. Alternative lesson will not be charged.
  • Lesson Missed / Unforseen Circumstances (Tutor): if at anytime during the use of our service a tutor misses a lesson due to unforseen circumstances said tutor will contact student to arrange and alternative replacement lesson. Lillian's Piano will not refund payment if said missed lesson is paid in advance. Alternative lesson will not be charged.
  • Refunds (Unsatisfactory Service): Lillian's Piano Studio does not offer any refunds if a student is not happy and/or satisfied with any aspect of any lesson once said lesson has been attended to.
  • Refunds (Cancelled Service): if at anytime a student wishes to cease using our services a refund of the difference will be immediately refunded to said student if said student is paying in advance.
  • Materials (Student): if at any time during the use of our service a tutor instructs a student to obtain any materials outside of Lillian's Piano Studio, it is said students responsibility to purchase and/or obtain said materials. Lillian's Piano Studio does not provide copies of any materials unless necessary.
